Kristin Smith graduated from Praxis College of Health Arts and Sciences in Oklahoma City, in 2005.
She Moved to Monroe in 2010 to broaden her horizons and further develop her training in Aikido.
She has a diverse education including deep tissue, trigger point, myofacial release, acupressure, Thai massage, shiatsu, Tai Chi/Qi Gong and sports massage.
She tailors each massage to fit her clients’ needs.
